As stated above, the Espresso Roast is not necessarily a dark roast, but a different roasting process, whereby the roast development is slightly longer in each of the three phases. The origin flavors are still apparent, yet the roast character begins to express. This particular blend is one specifically selected for milk drinks, though other methods (Pourover, French Press, etc.) are equally as delicious. If your main method of brew is by espresso, you may particularly enjoy this roast.
