For pourover preparation, a relatively course ground is used, You may use a beginning ratio of 1:17 grounds to water, with water just off boil for about a minute (200º F.) Moisten the grounds with a very small amount of water, allowing the coffee to "bloom" for about thirty seconds. Then pour the remainder of the water slowly in a spiral pattern beginning from the center. The entire process, no matter how much grounds, should take about three minutes.Use with V60 02 filters.
