The Hario V60 Ceramic Dripper Set in size 02 offers a complete set for pourover: the Hario v60 Porcelain Dripper, Heatproof Glass Server, Measuring Spoon, and 100 V60 Natural Brown Paper Filters. This is the perfect set to produce 1-4 cups of delicious coffee from grounds.

For pourover preparation, a relatively course ground is used, You may use a beginning ratio of 1:17 grounds to water, with water just off boil for about a minute (200º F.) Moisten the grounds with a very small amount of water, allowing the coffee to "bloom" for about thirty seconds. Then pour the remainder of the water slowly in a spiral pattern beginning from the center. The entire process, no matter how much grounds, should take about three minutes.
